Ground Turkey Meat Ball Made with Oatmeal
Tender turkey meatballs simmered in a light, savory broth. Oatmeal replaces breadcrumbs to keep the meatballs moist and juicy.

Prepping
- In a small bowl, combine oats and warm water. let sit for 5 minutes until softened.
- Chopp vegetable. Cut the carrot into thin strips, the napa cabbage into bite size, and slice the mushrooms
- In another bowl, mix the sorted oats with ground turkey, salt and pepper until well combined.
Cooking
- Shape into bite size meatballs. Bring broth to a boil in a medium pot, gently drop the meatballs into for 8-10minutes,
- Add vegetables and cook another 3-4 minutes.
- Season with soy sauce if desired.

Notes
- Add glass noodles for extra volume.
- For extra flavor, add ginger to the meatball mixture.
- Use oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs to keep it lighter and more nutritious.
