My background as a certified dietitian allows me to go beyond personal experience and apply evidence-based knowledge to meal planning.
Living and working abroad deepened my appreciation for Japanese cuisine and its health benefits. During competition prep I focused on practical, high protein foods, while drawing from the balance and variety found in Japanese nutrition. This blend of athlete discipline and culinary expertise shapes the meals I create today. recipes that deliver real results while staying enjoyable.
